What you will need
100g of Coconut sugar
100ml of Rapeseed oil
2 Eggs
A splash of UFIT Iced Latte
150g of Self raising flour
Icing sugar
Method
Add the sugar, oil, eggs and UFIT Iced Latte into a bowl
Mix
Now add the flour Mix well Pour into mould and bake at 180c for 15 minutes
For the icing
Add icing sugar and a splash of UFIT Iced Latte into a bowl
Mix until smooth
Spread the icing evenly onto the doughnuts
Sprinkle on your choice of toppings!
