Coffee & Walnut Swiss Roll

Are you looking for something tasty to enjoy with the family this weekend? Our Coffee & Walnut Swiss Roll is probably exactly what you're looking for! Once again the Protein Chef helped us to create this delicious recipe and it was one of our favourites. To see our full recipe video click here

 

What you will need

  • Handful chopped walnuts (extra for decoration)
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 140g plain flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 3tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • Splash UFIT Iced Latte

For the filling

  • UFIT Iced Latte
  • 170ml double cream
  • 25g icing sugar

 

 

Method

Pre heat the oven to 180'c

Line a tin with with baking paper

Combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl

Add the wet ingredients 

Mix together

Spread mixture onto the baking tray & bake for 10-12mins

Once cool, spread with cream filling & roll up

Finish with the rest of the cream filling & walnuts
