What you will need
- Handful chopped walnuts (extra for decoration)
- 100g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 140g plain flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 3tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- Splash UFIT Iced Latte
For the filling
- UFIT Iced Latte
- 170ml double cream
- 25g icing sugar
Method
Pre heat the oven to 180'c
Line a tin with with baking paper
Combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl
Add the wet ingredients
Mix together
Spread mixture onto the baking tray & bake for 10-12mins
Once cool, spread with cream filling & roll up
Finish with the rest of the cream filling & walnuts
