What you will need
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 50g cocoa
- 100g soft light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100g self raising flour
- Splash UFIT chocolate
- Handful chocolate chips
Method
Preheat the oven to 180'c
Line a brownie tin
Combine all of the wet ingredients in a bowl
Then add all of the dry ingredients
Pour the mixture into the tin
Bake for 20-25 mins – Do not over bake them, leave them a little gooey in the middle
Allow them to cool slightly before removing from the tin.
They're best enjoyed still warm!
