What you will need
1 packet of UFIT Smokehouse BBQ Crunchers
2 eggs
200g turkey mince
2 egg whites
Method
Blend a packet of UFIT Smokehouse BBQ Crunchers
Boil 2 eggs, peel & leave to cool
Season 200g of turkey mince with salt & pepper
Wrap the peeled eggs in the mince
Leave to chill for an hour
Dip the balls into the egg white
Coat with the crushed Crunchers
Bake at 200’c for 25 – 30 minutes
