Vanilla Protein Cheesecake

Did someone say cheesecake?! We have come up with a delicious, high protein recipe which will be a crowd pleaser on any occasion! Why not give this a try and let us know your thoughts, we love to hear from you!  

 

What you will need

250g Light digestive biscuits

100g Melted coconut oil

200g Light soft cheese

500g Quark

1 egg

200ml UFIT Vanilla

 

 

Method

Crush the biscuits and pour into a bowl

Add the coconut oil and mix

Put the mixture into a round baking tin and press down with a spoon

Add the quark and soft cheese into a bowl

Mix

Add the egg

Mix

Add the UFIT Vanilla

Mix

Pour the mixture onto the biscuit base

Bake at 180'c for 25 minutes

Chill for at least 4 hours before removing from the mould
