What you will need
Wholemeal bread
Coconut oil
1 Egg
½ a Bottle of UFIT Vanilla
1 tsp of Cinnamon
½ a tsp of Nutmeg
1 Handful of raisins
Method
Spread coconut oil onto the bread (both sides)
Slice the bread into triangles
Place the triangles into an oven-proof dish
In a separate bowl for the custard:
Mix together the egg and UFIT Vanilla
Add the cinnamon and nutmeg
Sprinkle raisins over the bread
Pour the custard evenly over the dish
Bake at 200 degrees for 15-18 minutes
Finish with your choice of cream or custard
