Protein Bread Pudding

There’s nothing like a comforting dessert on a cold, dark evening. Why not warm up this winter with our Protein Bread Pudding recipe! With help from The Protein Chef we have managed to create another delicious and healthier alternative for you to try!

What you will need

Wholemeal bread

Coconut oil

1 Egg

½ a Bottle of UFIT Vanilla

1 tsp of Cinnamon

½ a tsp of Nutmeg

1 Handful of raisins




Spread coconut oil onto the bread (both sides)

Slice the bread into triangles

Place the triangles into an oven-proof dish


In a separate bowl for the custard:

Mix together the egg and UFIT Vanilla

Add the cinnamon and nutmeg


Sprinkle raisins over the bread

Pour the custard evenly over the dish

Bake at 200 degrees for 15-18 minutes

Finish with your choice of cream or custard
