What you will need
- 200g plain flour
- 1tsp baking powder
- 100g light brown sugar
- 1tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- Handful chopped pecans
- 2 eggs
- 50ml vegetable oil
- 100ml UFIT Vanilla
Method
Pre heat oven to 180'c
Combine all of the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl
Add the wet ingredients and mix all together
Scoop the batter into muffin cases
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown
Allow to cool and finish with a dusting of icing sugar
Decorate as you please!
