Cinnamon Crunch Cupcakes

We love autumn here at UFIT and decided to celebrate this wonderful time of year with a little bit of baking! With help from the Protein Chef, we've created this delicious Cinnamon Crunch Cupcake recipe for you guys to enjoy at home!

What you will need

  • 200g plain flour
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 100g light brown sugar
  • 1tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • Handful chopped pecans
  • 2 eggs
  • 50ml vegetable oil
  • 100ml UFIT Vanilla

 

Method

Pre heat oven to 180'c

Combine all of the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl

Add the wet ingredients and mix all together

Scoop the batter into muffin cases

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown

Allow to cool and finish with a dusting of icing sugar

Decorate as you please!
