What you will need
- 100ml Rapeseed oil
- 100g Caster sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 of a bottle UFIT 500ml
- 175g Self raising flour
- 25g Cocoa powder
- 1 Tsp baking powder
Method
- Into a bowl pour in the oil
- Add the caster sugar
- Add eggs
- Add 1/3 of the bottle of UFIT
- Mix together
- Add the flour
- Add cocoa powder
- Add the baking powder
- Mix together
- Spread the mixture onto a baking tray
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
- Roll the sponge and leave to cool
- Unroll the sponge
- Spread whipped cream evenly over the sponge
- Roll the sponge back up
- Dust with icing sugar before serving
