What you will need
100ml Rapessed oil
100g Caster sugar
2 Eggs
1/3 of a bottle UFIT 500ml
175g Self raising flour
25g Cocoa powder
1 Tsp baking powder
Method
Into a bowl pour in the oil
Add the caster sugar
Add eggs
Add 1/3 of the bottle of UFIT
Mix together
Add the flour
Add cocoa powder
Add the baking powder
Mix together
Spread the mixture onto a baking tray
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
Roll the sponge and leave to cool
Unroll the sponge
Spread whipped cream evenly over the sponge
Roll the sponge back up
Dust with icing sugar before serving
