Chocolate Swiss Roll

Swiss Roll is just one of those all time favourites right? Well, have you tried our Protein Swiss Roll?! Our recipe is a healthier alternative but definitely doesn't lack in tastiness. Follow our easy method below or head over to our Instagram page for the full recipe video!


What you will need

100ml Rapessed oil

100g Caster sugar

2 Eggs

1/3 of a bottle UFIT 500ml

175g Self raising flour

25g Cocoa powder

1 Tsp baking powder




Into a bowl pour in the oil

Add the caster sugar

Add eggs

Add 1/3 of the bottle of UFIT

Mix together

Add the flour

Add cocoa powder

Add the baking powder

Mix together

Spread the mixture onto a baking tray

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes

Roll the sponge and leave to cool

Unroll the sponge

Spread whipped cream evenly over the sponge

Roll the sponge back up

Dust with icing sugar before serving
