Chocolate Swiss Roll

Our recipe is a healthier alternative but definitely doesn't lack in tastiness. Follow our easy method below.

What you will need

  • 100ml Rapeseed oil
  • 100g Caster sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 of a bottle UFIT 500ml
  • 175g Self raising flour
  • 25g Cocoa powder
  • 1 Tsp baking powder

Method

  • Into a bowl pour in the oil
  • Add the caster sugar
  • Add eggs
  • Add 1/3 of the bottle of UFIT
  • Mix together
  • Add the flour
  • Add cocoa powder
  • Add the baking powder
  • Mix together
  • Spread the mixture onto a baking tray
  • Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
  • Roll the sponge and leave to cool
  • Unroll the sponge
  • Spread whipped cream evenly over the sponge
  • Roll the sponge back up
  • Dust with icing sugar before serving
