Ingredients
125g extra lean beef mince 1 lean bacon rasher 1/2 onion finely diced 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp Season-all 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 slice of cheese 2 slices of tomato Fresh lettuce 1 avocadoMethod
Combine all ingredients except cheese and tomato. Mix well and form into a round burger. Refrigerate for a couple of hours. Grill until browned and cooked through.
Grill lean bacon rasher to add to the burger.
Then top with cheese, tomato and lettuce and grill until the cheese has melted. Serve on top of crusty wholemeal bun.
