Have you got a couple of over ripe bananas left in the fruit bowl and not too sure what to do with them? We've got just the thing! We loved creating this recipe with the Protein Chef and we're sure you'll love it too.

What you will need
- 2 eggs
- 1 mashed banana
- 100g sugar
- 100ml vegetable oil
- 100g Greek yoghurt
- 200g wholemeal flour
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1tsp baking powder
- 100ml UFIT Banana
Method
Pre heat the oven to 180'c
Combine all of the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl
Add the wet ingredients and mix together
Pour the mixture into a greased and lined loaf tin
Bake for 35 minutes or until a knife comes out clean
Best served spread with a little butter and a cup of tea.
