Winter Berry Crumble

Looking for a new way to enjoy a granola fix? Try this warm and comforting berry "crumble" base recipe that can be adapted to any taste!

Ingredients

  • 80g Berry Mix (Frozen) per person
  • 30g Honey Granola per person
  • Cinnamon (optional)
  • Syrup

Method

  • Preheat your oven to 180 degrees,
  • Thaw your berries gently in the microwave in 20 second intervals until they are warm and slightly soft. 
  • Add to an oven proof dish and top with your granola and a sprinkle of cinnamon. 
  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until the granola is lightly toasted. 
  • Top with a syrup of your choice, we like Date! 

 

Serve with Yoghurt, Custard, or Ice Cream – or enjoy as it is!
