Ingredients
- 80g Berry Mix (Frozen) per person
- 30g Honey Granola per person
- Cinnamon (optional)
- Syrup
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees,
- Thaw your berries gently in the microwave in 20 second intervals until they are warm and slightly soft.
- Add to an oven proof dish and top with your granola and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until the granola is lightly toasted.
- Top with a syrup of your choice, we like Date!
Serve with Yoghurt, Custard, or Ice Cream – or enjoy as it is!
