170g Self Raising Flour
30g Cocoa Powder
180g Coconut Sugar
100g Chopped Pecan Nuts
50g Vegan Chocolate Chips
Pinch Himalayan Pink Salt
50g Melted Vegan Chocolate
5 Tablespoons Rapeseed Oil
200ml UFIT Coco-choc plant protein shake
Method
Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl
Spread the mixture evenly onto a greased baking tray
Bake at 180'c for 20mins
Cool & cut
Finish with orange zest for a citrus kick!
